NAVSUP - OTF
The Web One Touch Financial system (OTF) is NAVSUP's integrated funds
management tool for Working Capital Fund activities. Fully web-based and
NMCI compatible, it combines advanced COTS workflow and imaging applications
with customized government code to streamline and simplify resource
management and budget execution. OTF was initially developed by NAVSUP and
installed at Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk and FISC San
Diego in early FY 98. In FY 99 NAVSUP expanded use of the One Touch
Financial system to include the remaining FISCs and selected field
activities. Web One Touch Financial is highly adaptable to differing
business practices, is easy to use and provides funds administrators with
the protection and controls necessary to oversee fund management through all
phases of document preparation, review, approval and automated transaction
processing. Web One Touch Financial is being deployed at seven activities
from Pearl Harbor, Hawaii to Jacksonville, Florida as well as their
satellite locations throughout the NAVSUP claimancy with an estimated
1700-1900 users.

We developed an on-line 1065 Business tax preparation software and E-file. The web site
was launched in February 2001. The site used Weblogic, serverside JAVA, JSP, and Oracle 8i.
The site currently also offers FIRE returns, 1041, 1120 and 1120S. This project includes:

We developed on online data collection system for collecting balance of trade
data via the internet. The site used JAVA, ASP, and SQL Server 6.5.
